Je kunt de producten binnen 14 dagen na levering, met de originele labels aangehecht en in de originele verpakking retourneren. Je hebt de mogelijkheid het product thuis te passen. Echter, als het product gebruikt, het paslabel verwijderd is of het product beschadigd en/of gewassen is, kunnen we het helaas niet terugnemen. De mogelijkheid bestaat een gekocht product te ruilen voor bijvoorbeeld een andere maat of kleur.
Bij het retourneren van een product ben je zelf verantwoordelijk voor de retourkosten hiervan. Breng je het product/de producten terug naar de winkel, dan zijn hier vanzelfsprekend geen kosten aan verbonden.
